We do things a little differently than other CPA firms.

  • Our firm is entirely virtual — which is cool, because then you don’t have to live in Taos to be our client. We serve clients all over the United States!

  • We don’t have an office. You may never meet us in real life and we won’t ask for — not accept! — pieces of paper.

  • We use DropBox and Google Drive for file-sharing.

  • We communicate entirely by Zoom and e-mail.

  • We use Xero & Gusto only — not QuickBooks, ADP, or anything else.

  • We don’t bill by the hour or “sell our time”! We do sell solutions, peace of mind, trust and happy feelings. (We’ll tell you up front how much your tax return will cost. For our bookkeeping clients, a fixed monthly price keeps it simple and establishes an ongoing relationship between us. You know exactly how much you’ll pay each month.)
